Function:
The automatic roller edge trimming machine is equipped with sharp, high-speed rotating saw blades and precision roller conveyors. The rollers automatically feed the board into the trimming section, maintaining a stable and continuous operation. It can trim both longitudinal and transverse edges depending on the configuration.
Workflow:
First, the board is placed onto the infeed roller table. The rollers then guide the board smoothly into the cutting zone. As the board passes through, saw blades on both sides accurately trim the excess material. The trimmed edges are clean and uniform, suitable for further processing such as edge banding or lamination. Finally, the finished board is moved out by the outfeed rollers and collected for the next step.
