The saw-sanding production line is an integrated automated line that combines an automatic longitudinal and transverse edge saw with a sanding machine. It is mainly used to cut the edges of particle boards or medium/high-density fiberboards—shaped by a pressing machine—into specified dimensions, and to finely sand the top and bottom surfaces. This ensures high surface quality and precise thickness. The production line mainly consists of an automatic longitudinal and transverse edge saw, a sanding machine, and conveyor tables.
